These are Kross Cycles UK Terms and Conditions they tell your rights and obligations. Please read these terms and conditions carefully. You may have other rights granted by law and these terms and conditions do not affect these. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

All prices and offers on this web site are subject to change and availability. Errors and omissions exempt. Kross Cycles UK reserves the right to change prices at anytime without notice. All prices include VAT except where stated.


We reserve the right to ammend all prices and product specifications at anytime without notice. Specifications of products are subject to manufacturers continued improvement policy, which means products recieved may not be exactly as described. all products may vary from Iillustration.


By submitting your order on this web site you are offering to buy the goods and allowing us to use your personal details for the purposes of supplying goods (including passing your details onto couriers and other subcontractors). We will not use your details for any other purposes, please see our privacy policy for more details. We are not obliged to supply the goods to you until we have confirmed acceptance of your order and this is when the contract is made. You do not own the goods until we receive payment in full.


We aim to deliver goods to you within 7-10 working days (subject to availability). We will contact you on the telephone number you provide to us to arrange the delivery of your goods.

Upon receipt you should inspect the goods for defects or damage. If you find a defect or damage you must notify us as soon as possible. If the goods are found to be damaged prior to delivery, or defective, we will repair or replace the goods or refund the purchase price.

Where incorrect, damaged or faulty goods have been supplied, these will be repaired or replaced upon receipt and inspection of the faulty/damaged goods/parts to us. It is your responsibility for returning the faulty goods to us or if requested we can collect the goods from you at your cost. Before any repairs/replacements are issued all returned goods will be inspected and fully tested by our returns department to confirm that they are faulty.


You have a right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt of receipt of goods. Once you have notified us of your desire to cancel the contract there is a legal requirement for you to take good care of the goods. You will be responsible for the return of the goods to us in an un-used condition and in the original packaging at your cost to the relevant address below and we advise you to ensure the goods are adequately insured during any return journey. Damage incurred through the use of incorrect packaging will be charged at cost.

If you have not returned the goods within 14 days of cancellation or if requested we can collect the goods from you at your cost. Cancelling an order will also result in a re-stocking fee of up to 15% of the order value. Your refund maybe refused if the goods returned are found to be used and therefore not fit for re-sale. Refunds are issued within 30 days starting from the day on which we receive a notice of cancellation in writing from you.

All bicycles are covered by the manufacturers warranty which is usually 12 months from the date of purchase, however, full guarantee information is provided with each cycle and you are urged to read and understand the terms. If you undertake any unauthorised repair work to your cycle, you may invalidate your guarantee. Items excluded from warranty are light bulbs, batteries, and inner tubes.
